Challenge

Instabase needed visually consistent, brand-aligned presentations across marketing and internal teams, but lacked standardized slide templates and a clearly documented style framework. This led to inconsistent visuals, redundant design efforts, and fragmented storytelling.

I created a scalable presentation system in Google Slides—designing branded decks, reusable templates, and a presentation style guide based on Instabase’s brand guidelines. This empowered teams across the organization to independently produce professional, on-brand presentations, significantly improving visual consistency and presentation quality.

The Instabase Google Slides Template was thoughtfully designed to engage viewers with a clean, modern aesthetic and a professional, polished tone. Soft gradient backgrounds added visual depth, while rounded-corner rectangles created a sleek and cohesive layout. Custom

icons were developed to support visual storytelling, maintain brand consistency, and improve content clarity across various use cases—from marketing presentations to internal strategy decks.
